Jess Le Duc| Physiotherapist

After graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, Jess moved to North Wales for the love of the mountains and a love of outdoor sport.

With nearly a decade of clinical experience in both the NHS and private practice. Jess is passionate about keeping you active and strong, and is dedicated to treating both mountain athletes and the everyday people in our community alike.

As an experienced Physiotherapist, Jess believes effective rehabilitation starts with listening to your story and taking the time to understand what is important to you as an individual, looking at you as a whole rather than just as a constellation of symptoms, working alongside you throughout entire process.

Drawing from her previous experience as both a Dancer and Climbing Coach, Jess also runs Pilates classes for the local community.

Dr. Nathan Pictor|BMBS, MRCGP - Founder & Lead GP

Originally from Southern England, I found my home in North Wales over a decade ago.

Since moving here my path through medicine hasn't been a direct one; I spent years moving through various hospital specialties, following curiosity and learning from clinicians I respected and admired. This "broad-lens" approach — ranging from rural hospital wards and home visits, to high-dependency COVID units, taught me that while medicine is a science, healing is an art.

I founded The Good Practice because I believe the current medical model is losing its most important ingredient: the human narrative.

My goal is simple: to provide the patient, curious, and relational care that our community deserve.
