We offer private GP consultations at present, with the goal to provide further “non-doctor” specialties in time.

We provide 30-60 minute appointments depending on your need. If you book an hour long appointment but we finish in 30 minutes then you won’t be charged the full fee, Fairness is important to us.

Yes but be mindful that we deal predominantly with complex medical problems. We are not a one stop shop for prescriptions.

We don’t request scans directly in our clinics, we either send you to your GP with a clear plan and a request for specific investigations OR direct you towards a private provider.

We are not a big enough organisation to do this, but we can provide all the appropriate invoicing and receipts to help you claim back costs from your insurer.

At present payment is via invoicing and bank transfer. we are working on a more streamlined way to do this, but at present this is the most cost effective way for us to get off the ground.

Absolutely, we think that regular check ins with your GP and other health providers should be at the cornerstone of good health. Although we don’t rely on blood tests for these checks, you are welcome to bring along recent blood tests from your NHS GP and we will happily review them with you.

Absolutely, we prefer face to face work as it allows for a more thorough opportunity for connection and examination. However we have found that video calls can be especially effective, especially in follow up consultations.
