Physiotherapy
Jess Le Duc | BSc MCSP - Physiotherapist
-
After graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, Jess moved to North Wales for the love of the mountains and a love of outdoor sport.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience in both the NHS and private practice. Jess is passionate about keeping you active and strong, and is dedicated to treating both mountain athletes and the everyday people in our community alike.
As an experienced Physiotherapist, Jess believes effective rehabilitation starts with listening to your story and taking the time to understand what is important to you as an individual, looking at you as a whole rather than just as a constellation of symptoms, working alongside you throughout the entire process.
Drawing from her previous experience as both a Dancer and Climbing Coach, Jess also runs Pilates classes for the local community.
