Dr Nathan Pictor | BMBS, MRCGP - Founder & Lead GP

Originally from Southern England, I found my home in North Wales over a decade ago.

Since moving here my path through medicine hasn't been a direct one; I spent years moving through various hospital specialties, following curiosity and learning from clinicians I respected and admired. This "broad-lens" approach — ranging from rural hospital wards and home visits, to high-dependency COVID units, taught me that while medicine is a science, healing is an art.

I founded The Good Practice because I believe the current medical model is at risk of losing its most important ingredient: the human narrative.

Our goal is simple: to provide the patient, curious, and relational care that our community deserve, and use our profits to invest in the people & places that support us.
