Private GP Service
Dr Nathan Pictor | BMBS, MRCGP - Founder & Lead GP
Due to the complexity and cost of medical licensing, I am choosing to focus on our charitable projects at the moment. This involves our weekly, free drop in community surgery and our upcoming Women’s Health course.
As the Service develops I will start to see people as an affordable Private GP with a focus on complex cases that need time not tablets.
My goal is to help people recover and redefine what “good health” means to them, so that they can move on with their lives and not need my help in the future.

Originally from Southern England, I found my home in North Wales over a decade ago.
Since moving here my path through medicine hasn't been a direct one; I spent years moving through various hospital specialties, following curiosity and learning from clinicians I respected and admired. This "broad-lens" approach — ranging from rural hospital wards and home visits, to high-dependency COVID units, taught me that while medicine is a science, healing is an art.
I founded The Good Practice because I believe the current medical model is losing its most important ingredient: the human narrative.
My goal is simple: to provide the patient, curious, and relational care that our community deserve.
